Social stratum 5 project, made up of 4 towers, of which two (2) are 21 floors and two (2) are 19 floors, for a total of 320 apartments; 3 levels of basements and common areas. Industrialized type structural system in towers, and portico system in parking lots. To date, stage 1 of the project has been executed with 2 towers and partial areas of common areas and parking lots. Built Area Stage 1: 25,360.72 m2.(in execution).
